Physical Therapy

The ability to restore flexibility and strength immediately after an injury or surgery becomes very important but must be tailored to each patient individually.

Numerous sessions per day just as performed by professional athletes, have better efficacy in the development of flexibility and muscular strength than just a single daily session of physical therapy per day.

Different exercises such as single-leg leg press, wide-based half squats, elliptical trainer, cycling, and use of therabands have different efficacy and results in the restoration of the desired strength needed for establishing confidence, endurance, and performance.
